Always running late. Made me wait 30 mins and then just casually said another 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time

Very hard to get an appointment and I'm a private patient ! You have to call the surgery numerous times before someone answers !

Fillings fell out after about 2 months constantly having to go back to get treatment redone... dental implant fell out after 9 months ... terrible place avoid!!

New patient at this clinic and had my appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Work and travel plans had already been adjusted around the appointment so really not impressed so far!

I'm a very nervous patient who at one time, took the sedative option for a simple filling. Have seen a few dentists here over the years who have all been amazing. Their care has led to me feeling confident enough to handle a root canal with just regular anaesthetic! I'm currently a patient of Ronnie who is friendly and caring, but above all else makes you feel at ease and has the most patience for nervous people. Highly recommend!

I hadn't been to the dentist for several years, due to a bad experience some years ago at another practice. However my experience at Bupa was exemplary, the reception staff were lovely and my dentist Ieuan was also great. They break down the process of everything they're doing and keep you fully aware and they try and get to know you and your history personally before making any decisions. I felt informed at all times it was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new practice.

Same day emergency appointment. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Neil, the dentist, treated my problem teeth with his usual skillful attention to detail and I left the surgery a very satisfied customer. Thanks to all at Bupa dental care.
