1st time there: Friendly Reception Staff Understanding and Engaging Dentist & Assistant. Happy to have joined this Dental Practice.

I did spend nearly £1500 for only 1 Tooth root canal and crown in march 2017 and had 3 years warranty. Last month my crown tooth comes off and I did call them to let them know for further treatment they said your warranty is expired and emergency appointment will be chargeable if further treatment needed we will charge as well. I recomend everyone not to go there because they are making money from the patients but treatment is very low quality.

I was really nervous with my previous dental practice. I recieved great customer service from booking and joining to leaving the surgery. My dentist is the best I've ever had and its now like visiting a friend. Very happy, thankyou ❤

After some terrible experiences in other places I was nervous about coming here but they’ve been absolutely wonderful. Reception team, dental team all seem to really enjoy working there. I had a lot of treatment over the last 2 years and I really trust them. Pooja, Tika and Isabelle, not to mention the other staff too, were all thorough, friendly and never made me feel rushed. Finally found a good dentist!! Here to stay.

I visited the hygienist today. I was very anxious but Karenn was really nice and very reassuring. She also did a splendid job with my teeth, I am really pleased with the end result. I would recommend anyone to visit her for a great service. Thanks Karenn.

0/10, will never use again. Clearly not trained to deal with phobic patients. Rude abrupt receptionist followed by the same attitude from a dentist who called me back.

My first visit today left me feeling happy , dentist was friendly , explained fully and allowed me to speak , done on private which I prefer . the receptionist and nurse were friendly and helpful .🙂

Popped in earlier today to pick up registration forms, reception staff were incredibly polite and engaging, answered all my queries regarding costs and my options confidently. I'm quite a nervous patient and haven't seen a dentist for a while, but they have really put my mind at ease regarding the dentist they are going to register me under and I'm actually sort of looking forward to my first appointment!
