Absolutely terrible practise. Very hard to get hold of and when you leave a message it doesn't appear to be listened to, resulting in them saying you have missed an appointment. The dentist when I saw her was arrogant and lazy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I eventually decided to see a hygienist for a polish and clean because my teeth were stained and scummy. A really nice Scottish girl took the time to give my teeth a really deep "sandblasting". My teeth are now gleaming and a couple people have asked if I have had them whitened. Great value for 60 quid as the clean lasted the best part of an hour you only need to get it done twice a year if done well.

My first dental appointments in many years and I have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Dentist Mo was very efficient and caring and everything was explained well. Natalie, hygienist, had a harder time with me as she had to deal with years of neglect but she was VERY good with excellent advice and samples to improve my brushing. Andra, Fanny and Jo were welcoming and efficient at reception and it was lovely to see Thom, practice manager, out on reception with the team! All in all I would highly recommend this practice particularly if you’re in any way apprehensive as they will look after you!

This dentist saved our vacation in Oxford by helping me get rid of my tooth ache. Does charge 97 pounds for the service, but I consider that well spend. Very good treatment and also very kind. Special thanks to all the staff for the speedy recovery

Taking my 7 year old daughter to this dental practice for the first time. We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived and seen on time. The dentist and nurse made my daughter feel at ease and relaxed. From initially my daughter feeling anxious she left happy, saying the dentist was very kind. 🙂

I had an appalling experience with this dentists this morning. After reading the COVID-19 guidelines, I arrived bang on time (it said not to arrive early or late for appointments) and checked in with the receptionist. After twenty minutes of waiting, I spoke to them to find out how long the dentist was likely to be and they told me to continue waiting. However, after 45 minutes, I was told that as I had been late for my appointment, the dentist could not see me. The receptionist was incredibly rude and I believe failed to check me in on time, hence the reason why the dentist could not see me. While it would have been irritating to have been told this when I arrived, it was even worse to waste 45 minutes of my time. Avoid this practice like the plague.

After reading some bad reviews I wondered what would await me on visiting. But my experience couldn't have been better. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful. The dentist went through all the options available to me and made it clear of all the costs. Without being pushy. Great experience

2/ 5

Reception assessment: I was charged £109 + £5 pp this week (21 June) to see the dentist for a 10min assessment no treatment because of a problem with my braces. When I queried this with reception (I was expecting about £60) they said it was an 'emergency' appointment - but I had waited 3 weeks for it and when I asked to be seen sooner was told I couldn't because it's 'not an emergency'. Even their own website doesn't class orthodontic problems as emergencies. I would appreciate some explanation from them if they read this. Unfortunately I find the receptionists have an unsympathetic attitude. Bupa is not transparent with its pricing, other dental practices list their treatment prices. My advice is to ask for the cost when you make an appointment here. I've been going to this practice for must be 20 years now and it was faultless when it was Oasis Dental Care, pity Bupa has taken over.
