All staff very friendly and make you feel welcome. Dentists make you feel calm and reassured about the treatment you need, plus there are no hidden costs. Practice is very clean. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I have been seeing Aoiffe Scanlan for many years. I trust her. I hate going to dentist .. I'm such a wimp.. but she is patient kind and just goes at my pace and always does a great job. Very professional and great customer service. I will only come see her. The practise has changed a lot over the years, now the reception service is great. I like the text reminders of appointments and whenever I have needed an emergency appointment - I have always been able to get in.

Super friendly, great service, great advice. Didn't try to upsell me into further unnecessary treatments (some dentist's try and force you to book a hygiene appointment or do super expensive 3D scan stuff). Really impressed and they genuinely cares and gave objective advice for my oral health. Don't know why the reviews are so average to be honest, one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dentist!

Ridiculous service, booked slot got taken by another walk in patient. I booked an appointment weeks ago, arrived 15 mins early and has been told to wait, the previous patient is still completing his job. Later found out he needs an extra half an hour. My RESERVED slot has been taken by a walk in patient. I didn’t get my slot back, even I wait for another half an hour. Have to leave with my tooth pain. That’s all because I missed a phone call from them 15 mins ago (when I was driving), they assumed I am not coming and gave my slot away.

Why must you place a portable radio in Reception to play music/cat being strangled noise, to alleviate your bored staff. We come for dental treatment, NOT to be subjected or indoctrinated with your choice in public NOISE!! Please, turn it off. If your staff have to have music give them earphones. Turn off the radio. Turn off the radio. Turn off the radio. Turn off the NOISE.

I have been with this dentist for a while but on a recent visit (after not going for some time, around 3 years I'll admit) I was told I needed 3 composite fillings and was patronised about what I could have done to cause this. When I expressed concern about a breached wisdom tooth I have at the top I was told I just have to wait because it wouldn't be possible to remove. When viewing the x-rays, despite not being an expert I was not convinced they were needed and could not see the decay/dark spots my dentist was trying to point out. I also was not experiencing any pain or sensitivity. I've only ever had one filling which was done at this surgery by the same dentist and coincidentally was one of the ones he said I needed again. I wasn't filled with confidence so I decided to wait a little while and book into a completely different surgery for a second opinion. On this visit my new dentist told me she had no major concerns and that the only filling that needed re-doing was the one I already had. She did another x-ray and was very thorough, and on this one like the first there were no shadows or marks that warranted the two additional fillings. She said that my teeth were in good shape and to continue doing what I'm doing. She also said if my wisdom tooth bothers me at any point she can remove it and it will be quite a simple procedure. I'm absolutely baffled and very concerned at how different these two visits were from each other, and I'm glad I trusted my gut and got a second opinion. Otherwise I was looking at a £400+ bill for work that wasn't even necessary. I'm afraid I would not recommend this dentist surgery whatsoever.

Dr Dulca is a magician. World class dentistry, can't recommend enough. I am getting work done I was waiting for the right dentist to do, wouldn't let anyone else near my teeth. Repair work on cracked tooth has been spectacular, the precision on crowns is unparalleled, replacement fillings are superb.
