Recently changed my dentist at this practice and today I saw Dr Edward Atkin. Excellent appointment- everything he did was explained in detail and as a nervous patient I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend him, especially for patients who get particularly het up about thier dental appointments!

Brilliant service. I phoned as I managed to chip a tooth. Was offered an appointment 4 weeks later. However the brilliant receptionist said if it was causing too many problems to ring back. She also said she would put me on the cancellation list after checking my details were upto date. Got a phone call back within 30 minutes to say someone had cancelled and was I able to attend. I recieved a 1st class and wonderful service from the receptionist to the dentist themselves. Thankyou all so much. I can smile again😀

Absolutely appalling. Contacted start June for appt, first available start July. Ok, fine. They then cancelled at short notice, nothing available for a.month. not pleased but ok. They cancelled today 4 days before appointment and nothing to over for a month. Cancelled us twice, which I accept happens, but no offer to fit us in as it is their fault. Just expected to wait another month.

I had a fall and banged my front tooth, I was seen on the same day by Denise Tulip for an emergency, she was professional and whilst I was very upset at the prospect of a damaged front tooth. The dental nurse had a lovely manner too. Both Denise and the dental nurse were great at reassuring me and were thorough, they had a caring manner which really helped put me at ease, they are both an absolute asset to the dental profession and to this practice.

Disgusting customer service, showed zero compassion when my wife missed her dental appointment due to my father (her father in law) suddenly passing away. When my wife rang to explain her circumstances she was told by a receptionist supposedly under the instruction of her dentist miss tulip that she will no longer be seen too by miss tulip again due to her missing this appointment and will have to find herself another dentist. I was referred to this dentist only last year by my wife who is from the area and has been coming here since she was a little girl. I won’t be returning.
