My two children and I have been seeing Eleanor at Bupa dental care for around 4 years but at the same practice for the past 8/9years . It is such a relaxed and friendly environment. We always feel that we are never being rushed and she is so thorough and caring and makes my children and I feel relaxed. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The whole staff are welcoming, the best dentist in Brighton as far as I’m concerned!!⭐️

I have twin toddlers and the thought of going to see the dentist with them is quite stressful, but Eleanor is absolutely amazing with my boys, and makes the experience fun for them and stress-free for me. She is absolutely brilliant with children. The whole building is immaculately clean, bright and welcoming, and I would highly recommend it. My only issue is that they are not very good at answering their phones/returning calls, hence the 4 stars not 5!

Very helpful and friendly staff and I recommend this dental practise to all ages especial as my friends’ grandmother attends this particular practise and she feels like the staffs take great care of her. We have never had any issues with Bupa or this particular practice in Brighton.

I had my teeth cleaning appointment canceled three times in a row over 8 months and every time they put me back to the bottom of the waiting list. I lost a days work every-time and they just don't give a dam about their patients. The Manager just doesn't care and when I complained she told me I should go look elsewhere as they just don't care. They are a complete wast of time and energy and I would recommend them to my worst enemy. Please don't bother wasting your time with them. There are much better places to go less then a mile away. (If I could give them less then 1 star I would.)
