Great location, close to bars, restaurants and CBD. Lisa at reception was definitely the stand out staff member. Asked to be moved to a higher floor as we had concerns about the noise level in the original room allocated. Lisa changed our room quickly whilst displaying professionalism and an approach, as it was her pleasure to make the change in rooms. Staff are what make a guests stay enjoyable and fantastic. Thank you Lisa, you made our stay memorable.

Our second week long stay here. Will return again. Rooms are nice, beds comfortable, great amenities, room service every day. Biscuits and water supplied. Nice heated pool and lovely spa. Staff are professional. Close to beach, picnic areas, cafes, Dome, short walk to city centre, shopping, cinema, timezone, restaurants. Beam locations give good access to electric scooters too. A restaurant is onsite. Also tennis courts. Guest laundry available. Newspapers also available each day.

Stayed one night in an inner room (no external window) and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't unbearable (was nervous of no external window thing). Room was actually very big and spacious, bed was a little hard (and that purely subjective, no hotel can get this right for everyone). Easy check in and check out. Morning breakfast was good. Noticed a bit of a disconnect between service and decor. Service was quite high end, plates in dining were like bone china however, service was 4 star. Some dated areas but this is being addressed Im sure.

Check in staff wasn't doing her job properly. Never bother to tell me the wifi password was written on the card. She never give me the info about breakfast which I already paid for. I have to come back to ask. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, found hair here and there. The iron was very dirty, the kettle was rusty inside. The jacuzzi was not working which was a huge disappointment for my kids. The cloth line was also broken. Please make sure you provide what you charged for.
