I hired a van and scratched it a couple times on some cars and ran over a cat and crashed into a tree and when I returned it they asked for money to fix it! I asked: why can't you use the money I gave you already to fix it? They said they spent it on booze I said can I have some? They said no I left the store without giving them more money for a service I already paid for
