Very bad service. We were not able to rent a car due to change of address and am moving house today!! Staff has refused to assist us in any way. Avoid at any cost! We were able to rent from the from the very helpful Enterprise staff.

Thought I would redress the balance of reviews on here. I received excellent service throughout, greeted with a smile and alway helpful attitude. Would use again and recommend to all. As with all rental companies remember to get your own excess insurance, its much cheaper when provided by 3rd party insurers!

Please, be smart and don´t let them steal your money. This company is full of thieves. They charged me 240 Euro for the damage I am sure I didn´t do. Its just fraud. Be carefull! I deal my case with law company now. Im not giving up.

this isn't actually where the budget office is. You've got to walk over a mile down the road past the airport, and when you get there it's called 'Avis' rather than budget. The chap on the desk was really dismissive about it - "yeah it happens all the time". Well sort it out then!

I booked online to pick up at 4.15 only to arrive after an arduous journey to find the office shut at 4pm. Had to hire from another firm. Not happy. So allowed me a pick up time that was never achievable.... EDIT: as a back story to this I did get a full refund and they made the difference up on what extra I had to pay. Because I booked through a 3rd party Budget have no way of contacting you direct regarding changing opening times
