Budget UK brighton

I'm a frequent user of Budget Brighton, prices are really competitive and I've rarely had an issue of any kind. Car's aren't always the shiniest, but transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently; particularly impressed by a young guy called Lewis, who always has a warm, friendly welcome and has a good knowledge of the job (and vehicles).

Very pleasant experience. Yes it's not in central Brighton as others have commented but this is clear on the website. Very professional and a special thanks to James who made the experience easy. The cars are collected and returned to the nearby car park. I would suggest the use of an online broker to reduce cost. Car was clean. There's an Asda petrol pump next door.

AVOID! They took down my bad review however this company have extorted me for £30 to pass on my address after receiving a speeding ticket. Will be persuing this till this is resolved

Collected a car today and the manager gave me an extra day free of charge as my plans had changed, very understanding and helpful. A much better service than europcar or hertz who I have previously used in Brighton.

I have used Budget Car Hire at the Marina in Brighton and have been more than happy with the service every time. The customer serice at the service desk has been friendly, quick and efficient. The cars have always been well presented, fully cleaned inside and out and all of the details have been dealt with, swiftly and with the minimum amount of fuss. I will continue to use Budget Car Hire at the Marina for future car hire.
