Excellent service. The pharmacist is amazing. Takes the time out to listen to you and goes that extra mile.

Mariam is amazing. I love her, she’s friendly, diligent and always helpful... but she’s barely there anymore (whenever I go in!) I wasn’t planning on writing a review but this week I went to the pharmacy twice to pick up my repeat prescription which I have to take every day and are a lifelong medication ... I went Wednesday morning and they were opening late (a sign on the door told me they wouldn’t be there unti 10.30) and then I went back the following day, Thursday at 4.45pm and they were CLOSED. Google states they are open until 5.30pm, and I had this confirmed by the doctors surgery next door. Often I have been there when they’ve been on lunch too and therefore have had to reorganise my day. The other pharmacist and the assistant there are normally on their phones when I walk in, as evident yet again when I finally picked up my prescription this morning. Before the pharmacist has been on personal calls when people have been waiting too. As I work in he healthcare profession as well, this is not professional or acceptable and it has been rather annoying. I’m so glad that I am moving in May, so I don’t have to put up with this any longer. All I want is to get my repeat prescription!

Got my flujab from them this year like previous years also- just walked in and waited 10mins- she also did my sons Hep B vaccine- efficient and friendly thankyou!

The Pharmacists was prescribes me a Paracetamol for limfal vertebrae inflimation. She may to prescribed me a Paracetamol for Pulpitis with same self confidence ,when an Antibiotic is need.I have been totaly disappointed by her .
