Service is sooooo slooooow, you’d be quicker hand delivering anything you want to post by hand. They make up the cost for delivery in their head. Don’t measure anything properly. Something fits in the small letter box no problem but charge for a large letter and keep turning things to obtuse angles to make them not fit. It’s like when my one year old was trying to use his shape sorter but worse. If you need to collect a parcel, prepare for a long wait. You can see the parcel on the shelf and the old man looks everywhere for it, even through the back without seeing it. When you try to point to it, it turns into a game of Play Your Cards Right. “Higher, lower, lower...”

Such a horrible service! 2 years ago they have stolen my vouchers and opened the letters (since they refused to release the CCTV footage upon Royal mail request for the purpose of the investigation, it can be said they felt guilty) and now they refusing to accept my mastercard because its called monzo! Well the woman said that they do not accept it but since I was about to leave without paying she said "wait a minute and she magically allowed me to pay with my Monzo" what a suspicious place! Avoid!

Good service with very friendly staff. Great selection of DIY items as well as small gifts and cards. Highly recommend this post office. With it being the only P.O in Broxburn of course you can sometimes have to wait, especially around school start/finish times but sensible people would allow for this.

Excellent service, friendliest staff I've had the pleasure of being served by in a long time. The clerk helped me understand the best way to deliver my package abroad. They also have a great selection of bits and bobs that you would need in and around the house. Thank you guys for being awesome!

I will never be back to this post office and neither will any members of my family. Every time I come here there is a problem. They act as though you have all day and go at a snail's pace. Yesterday, I waited all day and they acted as though I had all of the time in the world. I never got my package sent away because I had to leave for work. Then, today my sister had to walk out because she waited in line to post that one package for half an hour while the clerk took that long to serve the one person in front of her. Apparently, they were spending their time counting money out by hand. So now my package is not getting delivered. In the time it has taken us to be seen we could have journeyed to Livingston and got them to post the package, come back, and still be waiting in Broxburn post office. I will never be back here and I cannot believe that somewhere with such bad service has been opened for so long.
