DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get a Brazilian and had the worst wax of my life. The lady had no idea what she was doing. She hacked at the wax and missed so many areas. It was unnecessarily painful and lengthy. She had several different excuses - my hairs are going in different directions, my hairs are too tough, the list goes on. She also laughed at me several times when I was in pain. Then I still got charged the full amount after explaining I wasn’t very happy. She is useless.

DO NOT GET A SPRAY TAN HERE! My tan is so patchy I have white lines all up my legs and half my arm is tanned and the other is white. They lady seemed annoyed at me when I mentioned I liked my tan dark as I always wear tan she told me they only do medium. I thought this would be a treat for myself to save doing it at home but now I’ve had to waste more time fixing up all the patches everywhere. Beware of this place completely incapable of a simple service

If I could I wouldn't give them star at all. I went for a nose wax on 30/08/21 at 12PM and I had a really bad experienced. The lady who did my waxing went right up to my nostrils and it was the horrible thing. It made my nose bled. I don't think you are meant to go all the way up. I even say ouch ouch. Snd she said it is only sire because it was my first time. But the soreness is not for the hair pulling it was actually sore because the popsicle stick is touching my bone structure up to my nostrils that's why my nose bled. When my nose was bleeding she was just standing there saying, your nose is bleeding now but didn't even give me something to wipe it. I had to asked her for another tissue. Such a horrible thing!

Had an appt booked in for 12pm, after trying to call with no answer to say i would be 5 MINUTES late due to trying to find a carpark ive come in and they haven said they cannot do my appt due to being late. Said i could come back later but unfortunately have work thats why i booked an appt in the first place. Traffic is unpredictable and i left work with plenty of time left until my appt but the traffic was insane. Definitely wont be back if they cant look after their customers when theyre 5 mins late to an already booked appt after attempts to call an let them know
