amazing salon could not recommend it enough! it’s centre of town so it’s easily accessible by all forms of transport. the owner and all of the workers have excellent customer service and are impeccable at their job. they have a lot of knowledge regarding what they are doing and why and keep you informed through the entire process. the prices are very very reasonable as well! definitely worth going such a good quality convenient salon, so glad i came here feel like i will be a lifelong customer!!!!!!!!

This place has become my friends and I travel from France just to have my lashes done. I love it here very nice and good and friendly. Will see u in 2 months suzi

I went to the new brow art salon for eye brow threading and Russian eyelash extension the staff where lovely polite made me a cuppa tea whist I waited good experience eyelashes look amazing carnt fault them thanks

I had the most incredible experience today with Kuljit, having a 'Golden touch facial' and full legs waxing. She's been fantastic professionally and as a person. I totally recommend having waxing with her as was the less painful experience I ever had in a salon (and I have very sensitive skin and low tolerance pain). Also, the facial was incredibe ( best facial massage ever). Thank you again Kuljit for my best ever money spent experience on my self care .

Best place for lashes and brows ever. Amazing environment (I always fall asleep while getting my lashes done) staff always polite, nice and very helpful.

I would start by talking about the staff. They're just simply amazing and so welcoming and friendly! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout. I've always hated getting waxed but it's never been more cleaner and less painful. Just amazing. If you're thinking about going here just don't hesitate. The prices are decent too.

Absolute disgrace! On Wednesday I got cluster eyelash extensions. Everything seemed fine but the more I looked at them I noticed one side was fuller than the other so I went back 2 days later just to ask for a few more lashes adding. I sat in the chair and the lady started looking at my lashes and said half of them weren't attached properly and as she touched them they were coming off in her hand. She carried on doing this to the point I had 3 eyelashes left. She then charged me for a removal even though they had only been on 2 days and said I could pay for a new set. What a waste of money. Won't be returning and I highly recommend no one else gets their lashes done here. Edit- it won't let me do a respond to the owner. I visited on 08/09/21. Under my name and have a copy of my receipt also if you continue to say I haven't been.

Nice staff welcomed as soon as you arrive and did lovely job of reshaping my brows.

Review is long overdue, but easily the best salon for all your beauty needs. I always trust them to get my eyebrows threaded, and thus do an excellent job. Kate does an absolute amazing job on doing my facials, and is so friendly and welcoming. All the staff are friendly and affable, nothing bad to say except they're now my go to salon.
