Pretty poor service overall. They got my figures wrong, despite having all the information. I also found them to be very expensive for what they did. When I questioned the bill, they just sent me another copy telling me the amount was still outstanding. Used once, wouldn't use again.

I have found Brookewood to be very professional, and Rogers advice in particular has been useful on both personal matters accounting matters and during the founding of a new business.

I have been with Brookwood Accountancy for 26 years and have always found their advice to be extremely helpful. Because of the Pandemic I have had to contact Brookwood of several occasions for advise. I have dealt mainly with Sophie Burborough who has answered all of my queries promptly which has been very reassuring in these difficult and complicated times. I get constant updates from Roger on Government schemes and any changes which occur. Like a lot of small businesses I have no idea how this is all going to "pan out" in the future, but I have found Brookwood Accountancy to be very supportive.
