Very disappointed with Brooklands, after using them for many years and being satisfied this time they failed miserably. Bought a new tongue and groove shed and noticed after 13 months that the tongue and groove had come apart at the back of the shed, water pouring in when it rained, very bad workmanship or/and materials used. Brooklands replied with , well its out of warranty and you will have to pay to have it repaired, we use a different supplier now!!! Who cares who your supplier is or was we expect quality products for TOP MONEY PAID. The shed was treated with 2 coats of Ronseal (best you can buy for timber sheds). My last shed was 35 years old and when we moved house was still in perfect condition. So beware, make sure you do a thorough investigation every week for the first 12 months or its money down the drain.

Like the previous review the cost did increase due to unforeseen circumstances, but the price was still competitive, so i continued with them. The shed arrived today, the guys had it assembled within 90 mins and it looks great,. Exactly to my specifications. No complaints at all.
