Chris and Reece in the service team are great and helpful. Friendly and never rude no matter how many times I keep calling up and asking questions about various things. Not once have they ever not been able to sort or fix issues with my car. Everyone at this company are very friendly and ensure you are satisfied when leaving the showroom or service area.

Did a great job at taking off the locking wheel nuts on Jaguar after losing the locking key. Not many garages are competent enough to carry out this job on the Jags or Range Rover. Locking nuts on these vehicles are the most difficult ones to remove without damaging the alloys. Brooklands did a fantastic job at a very low price. Their technicians and Manager were very polite and welcoming.

Really nice looking car showroom. It was nice and clean and sparkling the staff was amazing the seating area's was really comfortable the cars were immaculately clean. The whole store was warm and inviting their was music playing softly in the speakers. Overall I liked it really much. The only thing I would criticize is it was hard to find as It isn't immediately noticeable well it wasn't for me inaway.

Just had an MOT done this morning while I waited. Comfy seating in showroom and a hot drink too. Mechanics gave my car a free wash and vac. Would recommend these and will be returning in the future.

Fabulous garage!! Great customer care from booking my service to completion. staff so friendly, took my car for its first service since buying, so I was a little nervous and apprehensive as my car knowledge is not good and tbh anyone could have told me the engine needed replacing and I wouldn't have known any different.... As it happens I just needed new wipers picked my car up and he had been fully valeted too cannot recommend enough. Thank you

Awesome ! Excellent customer service skills, the staff are well trained and always welcoming. Danny from body shop has looked after my car and ensured I am happy when I leave the garage with my car. I highly recommend Brookland motors group and when you do look out for Danny, he is the best.

Can't rate these guys highly enough - have been using them for MOTs and services for the last several years, work is always completed quickly and to a good standard, and with a generous discount for key workers. So nice to have a garage you can trust!
