Brook House Surgery southampton

Forever closed on a weekday. Not even a post box for prescriptions so now I have to go a day without essential medication because they cant do training on a Saturday

This once great surgery has gone drastically downhill. All but one of the decent reception staff have left and it shows. 40 minutes plus to get through on the phone and when you finally do, the reception staff are incompetent. One I spoke to didn't know what a house call is!! Two doctors, i encountered recently, Brinklow and Ganesan were cold and unfeeling. I'm now an ex patient.

I was registered here during my cancer fight. The staff are wonderful. And my GP has been fantastic. This practice embodies everything that is right with the NHS....

This surgery is one of the best in my opinion. The staff are helpful and polite and it's always busy which is a strain on the doctor and nurses but they cope with it so well . Calm and pleasant atmosphere. Great.

They looked after me really well when I had to have dressing changed while on holiday (2016) they staff were pleasant

We have only just joined this surgery and we all agree that this is probably the best surgery we have been registered with in the last 10 years. The staff are so polite on the phone and they pass you on to the right person that can actually help. They call you back when they say they will and the waiting time is really not too bad considering other surgeries we have been registered with. The nurses and doctors have all been amazing so far and my husband and teenager both agree, all having independent experiences.

Unprofessional in every sense of the word ive have been diagnosed with cancer and I've been trying to have my procedure done for the last 3 yearsBut due to the GP service looks like I'm going die . Please don't waste your time on these people .

Only been with this Gps for 7 weeks and they keep getting my prescription wrong they have been told so many times by a specialist nurse and the company that dispatch my prescription and wasted over £ 600 odd pounds of NHS money I think it’s time to get out as a real risk to health

Why can't you prebook appointments? I've tried several times to get a 'on the day' appointment now, waiting in phone queues all morning with no luck!

Not happy at all my blood test come back over a week ago got told to get a phone call appointment with doctor to be told I got to wait 2 more weeks as got no spaces, and to even see a doctor takes even longer what the hell is going on only seem to be this surgery that's got this problem
