Bromptons of Windsor Street london

Went in on Monday morning to ask if I could get my dress pressed. Told me to come back on Wednesday before 12:30 and that it'd be ready in a couple of hours. Returned on Wednesday just before 12 and they were closed. Returned today at 12:10 then at 12:45 and my friend looked in at 13:30 for me and was closed each time with no sign saying why.

Handed in a garment to be dry cleaned on 19th November 2018. This has gone missing at the laundry and to date I have had no joy in getting a replacement or payment. Will not be using this laundry again.
