A lovely spotlessly clean hospital. Staff are very efficient and helpful. All staff are friendly and can't do enough to help from surgeons through to coffee shop staff. Not like any other hospital, waiting areas are like a café!

My mother in law works as an volunteer for your hospital and has to sit in the reception of the heart and chest department. She is not happy with the windows not being fixed as it can get very cold especially with winter coming. She has made an complaint for nothing has been done
