Absolutely first class coaching. Very professional. The classes get you out of your comfort zone and teach real fighting skills as well as getting you very fit. The teachers look out for you and are incredibly skilled and respected. The best martial arts classes I’ve ever attended.

I've been going to the Amersham BICMA club for over two years now and I can say its an excellent place to train and learn self defence. The instructors are great and its suited to all levels of experience. Most importantly, the members are friendly, welcoming and can have a laugh! A sport I'll be continuing for a long time to come!
