This is a really nice lounge in T5 but the one on the other side in the far terminal. It's much quieter aswell which was nice. As usual with BA nice things available. Hot bacon rolls (disappointed no egg ones), hash browns, pastries, fresh fruit, porridge and cereals. They also had the usual drinks biscuits and crisps. Chairs are comfortable and give a good view over the run way.

If you are flying from T5 B/C gates avoid the rush, go straight to B lounge and relax. It's quiet, spacious and as well fitted out as the main lounge. If you fancy a little exercise before the lounge there is a walkway to areas B and C: it's not exactly picturesque but it stretches the legs nicely!

The lounges and overall business service is very good! Made flying so much more relaxed. Menu on the ground is limited but the food is tasty. The food in the air is good, never before have i even attempted to eat plane food after a bad experience many years ago. But they served a great dish on a real plate. The staff were amazing, the lounge is generally quiet and well maintained. A must for travelling in the current covid world.

Great to see this lounge open and busy. - App ordering is quick and effective - The menu is excellent and offers something for everyone at all key times of the day - The views are great, with plenty visible outside of the large windows - There's a great variety of seating types which cater for all requirements - The quality of the food and drink is excellent and orders arrive promptly

Staff is nice. Lounge is clean. The menu is VERY LIMITED. First class lounge and benefits aren’t offered. If you’re flying out of terminal 3 you're stuck and can’t go to the better lounge with actual food. Very disappointed in the lack of effort BA puts into the T3 lounge. Galleries in t5 was more hospitable and operated well during COVID.
