Rented the boat for a family gathering for some big birthdays! The service was amazing and the trip down the river was just what we needed! The kids were catered for and didn’t feel like a burden and even better that the sun lasted for us! Also took this trip for my 18th birthday and it was lovely to see that after so long the standard was still so high! Thank you again, I will definitely recommend your services to friends

I must say the entire experience from booking to actually going on the trip was excellent. I went on a 2 hour boat cruise around the river Avon. The company were very accommodating from the start. Quick to respond to my queries and even offered a service they do not usually provide. A couple of us where also gluten free and they were happy to supply some alternative beer for us. The staff were really friendly and made the party feel at home. Would definitely do this again. Excellent value for money.

Just got back from the Bristol to bath trip....This really is excellent value for money...plenty of room on board so sitting anywhere is fine. Bar with hot drinks. Open top with plenty of standing areas... toilet was clean , with paper, soap and towel..... loads to see on route . The two lads running it were great, informative when needed and interacted with us ....The trip is long and right now the poor lads are doing the journey all the way back to Bristol. ..long trip .... highly recommended but it gets booked up fast...

We took the Avon Gorge trip on a sunny Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed the 4 hours on the river. They really do fill the boat so not much space for picnics or walking around but plenty of points of interest along the way and the tiny onboard bar served a good range of drinks.

Great 3 hour boat trip through gorge today and past Clifton Bridge. Staff were very accommodating when we went to wrong pick up point at harbourside. They were willing to take us by boat to the correct pickup point as my elderly parents were not able to walk very far I was very thankful for. Good commentary on boat as well explaining points of interest down river.

Amazing boat hire company, extremely professional. Worked with them for a company event, lovely tour, lovely boat and eager to help. Highly recommended!

A massive thank you to the team at the Bristol Packet. We travelled with them for our wedding on the Tower Belle and we and our guests just had the most magical time. Boat trip to the mouth of the Avon and back. Weather was sunny and the river a mill pond. Very friendly and helpful staff who kept us informed with local history and landmarks. Enjoyed some refreshments. Perfect way to spend a Sunday morning.

Didn't take pictures I'm afraid but trip round harbour lovely, they even have a toilet and bar, you just boat on the day, at the ticket office in SS Great Britain car park or I did see him taking card payments on the boat. They have trips that go out into the river Severn too.

Very interesting, pretty views. Crew was great, little uncomfortable to sit for nearly 4 hours.
