I came to Lucy with a specific hip problem--diagonal tilt. I have had probably a dozen sessions with her since. That problem is now fixed, due to a string of exercises she prescribed after the first two treatments. I found her to be very conscientious. The initial assessment was very thorough, she did not just jump into kneading me. She takes extensive notes, both mental and written, and is thus very good with the follow-ups. She sent me texts to ask how I was getting on with the 'homework' exercises. That made me feel like she took a personal interest in me as an individual patient/customer. I now go back for general relaxation/sports massages, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a good masseuse.

Lucy provides a brilliant, friendly and professional experience. She is very knowledgeable, able to diagnose where a problem is, what might be causing it and provide exercises and support to relieve it. I have had problems with my calves for years and Lucy has been the first practitioner to find a solution. Fantastic massage.

I can't recommend Lucy enough. I first came to Lucy with a persistent running injury and have been several times since. Lucy is very thorough with exploring the problems and discussing potential causes. As well as the excellent massages, Lucy has also given me various exercises to do which have really helped. I always feel very relaxed and comfortable and communication is great.
