I've purchased flooring and had it fitted by Bristol Flooring on a few different occasions over the last three years. Each time I have been really pleased with the experience, the customer service and expertise in the shop is very good and they helped advise on my property where floor levels needed to be raised in various places. The fitting process was again very good leaving me delighted with the results, which have lasted the test of time over the last three years. I'm very happy with Bristol flooring in general and I would always recommend them to others.

Very poor customer service - again. We called several times to make payment well before the fitting date, but got nothing but the answerphone. It seems that the shop attendant is not available during the last hour of the day (it seems she may close early as we tried on several occasions). She tried to organize her fitters, by asking our maintenance manager to stay outside for a six hours - effectively asking him to sit in his car and wait all day (this was completely unreasonable). She would not give a time, causing us huge disruption. When our manager finally managed to get through to her - he arranged a suitable fitting day. On the fitting day - we got a call from him saying she had just cancelled at the last minute, no warning phone call or anything. I called her to ask what was going on, as she had caused a huge amount of disruption to our schedule. I explained that I had called her on several occasions to make payment, we had used them numerous times in the past. She was extremely rude and unhelpful - she couldn't care less. I paid immediately and arranged yet another fitting date (the third one). Last time one of her fitters left the door off its hinges. The new tenant moved in with no door on his bedroom. This caused huge inconvenience as we had to find an emergency tradesman late at night to put it back on. I discussed this issue with her to make sure it wouldn't happen again. A reasonable request given our past experience with them. Her reply was "I don't know why you are saying this, because this was in the past - we have dealt with that". All I can say is our company has received an absolutely disgusting level of customer service. This young lady was rude, completely unhelpful and could not care less about her job and the company's reputation. Her manners and behaviour to date leave a lot to be desired. This has cost us a lot of money in lost time and unnecessary inconvenience. We asked another director of a similar local company - he said the same, he would not use them. We have used this company for many years and and will never use them again. We hope the the company owner reads this and takes the appropriate action, because it may help others. As a business owner I don't like to leave poor reviews - but sometimes you just have to tell the truth & warn others. We purchase a lot of carpet for our properties and have awarded our business to their local competitor, they said we're not the first - go figure.

Bristol Flooring supplied and installed flooring for my hair salon and I could not have been happier with the service provided from both the store staff as well as the fitters. The in store staff could not have been more helpful & helped me in picking a fun design that would set off the salon décor. Thanks everyone at BF!

Fantastic family run firm who can’t do enough for you. Bristol Flooring did a complete refit of our house with LVT tiles & carpets and we are really pleased with the results. Adrian & Russel did a great job fitting especially getting to grips with the LVT in tight corners and areas were the floor wasn’t quite level. Georgina & Laura were very helpful in the shop & when we got to scheduling the work in Adrian offered to fit the job himself to hit our dates. Prices were really good & choice was excellent -I would highly recommend them for any job. Thanks!

Quoted nearly three times more than another Bristol flooring firm for the same job. I will never request a quote from here again!

Russell did an amazing job of our house. Very friendly guy and showed up when expected, couldn't be happier! I also thought the pricing was really reasonable and the process of arranging the measure up and going in to choose the carpet was easy and all the staff were great.

They answer the phone, turn up when they say they'll turn up, and do a top quality job. Very happy with the carpet, standard of fitting, and the communication throughout.

Amazing service, so helpful and went above and beyond to do work to a high standard. I couldn't recommend more.
