I don’t know how to say thank you to Dr Mrs Gordon (Consultant Gynaecologist and Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery Bristol Fertility clinic) and her Assistant. Very nice lady’s I ever seen so helpful and caring. Was trying for my second baby more then 5 years then I heard about this clinic after 4 months of treatment(Alhamdulillah) I become pregnant. So happy and thank you so very much to doctor and assistance This is your success. Thank you

Our experience of undertaking our IVF journey with Mrs Gordon has been superb. From our first consultation we knew we were going to be supported through the process by an extremely caring and knowledgeable clinician, who had our best interests at heart. We were never encouraged to do anything that wasn't evidence based. Mrs Gordon's positivity about our chances really helped us stay focussed throughout, whilst all of our concerns and questions were answered fully and in a gentle manner. We will be forever grateful for the support and encouragement we received from Mrs Gordon and all her team and are now proud and besotted parents to our little baby girl. Mrs Gordon and her team were amazing. They upheld the highest and most up to date standards, as well as being reassuring and friendly during each consultation. We had been trying for a baby through ivf for a few years via another local clinic. Mrs Gordon’s clinical approach to our needs achieved the most amazing outcome in the birth of our son. Mrs Gordon has close links to IB in Spain, which at first was daunting at the thought of going abroad for ivf. However the whole process from the initial consultation to our discharge to NHS care was easy. Mrs Gordon completes the initial scan and consultation referring us to IB for an egg donation. Following their treatment plan Mrs Gordon facilitates scans, medications and was contactable with any issues/questions. The clinic in Spain were professional and widely respected in the field. Upon returning to the UK Mrs Gordon and her team took over our care and continued with the necessary scans etc, until we were finally discharged into the NHS maternity services at 8 weeks. We are using Mrs Gordon expertise again soon in the attempt of conceiving our second child. Mrs Gordon and her team are highly recommended and we cannot thank them enough.

Currently sat here looking at our beautiful newly born twins and cannot thank Ms. Gordon and the team for helping us get here. From day one Ms Gordon put us at ease which is so key during this challenging process. Mrs Gordon, Serena and the team at Bristol Fertility Clinic are fantastic. Highly professional and knowledgable, while being very friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. Mrs Gordon was very thorough with her investigations and after opting to go down the IVF route, we were very pleased with how quickly and smoothly the process went, before we ultimately got an amazing outcome. Very, very much recommended!

I could not recommend BFC enough! They are the kindest, most welcoming & knowledgeable baby doctors ever!! We started our journey with them a year ago, after having our first consultation we felt at ease straight away & knew we was staying with BFC for treatment even though we moved down to Cornwall and had to travel back & forth. They are trustworthy & we felt very safe in there hands. We started our ICSI treatment June this year. They have made our dream I didn’t think was possible come true. Uma & Serena have been amazing throughout our treatment it’s not been straight forward but thanks to them we got there. They have answered every question/concerns of mine no matter how small or silly they was. They are very honest and will not give you any false hope. I couldn’t of gotten through this without the support of Uma, Serena & there amazing amazing team 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽!! They are truly the best. Thank you Guys xxxx

They have got staff which is unable to take blood, they don't care about patients all they care was about money, besides Linda who was the best person from there ,absolutely bad

I am currently going through my ICSI treatment and I want to share that Mrs Gordon and Dr Serena have been nothing but exceptional. The duo are very caring and while you are in their room for appointments during the treatment, you tend to forget that you are actually in a hospital. Mrs Gordon makes you feel like she's taking care of one of her own. I personally feel like I am being taken care of by my own mother when I'm with Mrs Gordon. I have been to several hospitals and met several good doctors, but the care you receive from Mrs Gordon and Dr Serena is extremely touching and humbling. At this stage, I'm not sure about how my treatment will pan out and how my body will react to the treatment, but I can guarantee anyone out there who is going through the journey I am on or anyone who intends to begin treatment to look no further than BFC. The Gordons will make you feel extremely loved and cared for and make your fertility journey so much easier. I want to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to Mrs Gordon and Dr Serena and let them know that words will not justify the level of love and care I continue to receive. Thank you both and the world needs more of you Mrs Gordon, you are absolutely fantastic!!

We went to Bristol Fertility Clinic after some not great experiences with the NHS fertility treatment team in Swindon because we wanted to feel that someone cared about us, and we are so glad we did. The support we received was incredible, and we really felt we were in safe hands. Uma Gordon doesn’t just know her stuff, she invests in her patients and looks after them with a great deal of care. She listened to us, explained our options clearly and was exactly what we needed. We are so pleased we had her on our side to help us bring our baby boy into the world. As I said to Uma after his birth, I’m trying to work out how to stop myself exploding with how much I love him! Thank you to everyone at Bristol Fertility Clinic for our miracle baby.
