After a horrific experience a long time ago as a child I had to be sedated 20 years ago for fillings. 20 years of worrying about this day coming meant a sedation was mandatory. I freaked out and James and Hayley were fantastic. As far as I'm concerned they teleported my two fillings into my face; I have no recollection of them going near my mouth at all. I am beyond delighted because I am a 10/10 scale nervous patient and have no level of control over it. Thank you so much for looking after me!

Not a very nice place the whole atmosphere there was awfull, receptionist was rude and couldn't care less who was in the waiting room listening to her slate a client of to another staff member as loud as she could! When going in to treatment the male dentist was very off and not very kind for someone who has huge anxiety, his whole attitude wasnt very nice from the start .... the 2 starts goes to the dentists assistant who was very kind and she did try to keep me at ease throughout ... would not reccomend nor will I be returning! Awful service

Had 2 teeth out and it was amazing! Don't remember a thing and if it wasn't for actually seeing my teeth gone I'd have no idea it even happened! Absolutely no after pain or issues, didn't need any pain relief tablets either, it was so simple, I was so worried beforhand leading up to it for nothing to even happen! fantastic friendly staff. Easiest thing ever! Thank you so much.

Left me very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated. Firstly, a filling by Helen Mannion-Jones fell out in less than 2 weeks, and they have the audacity to overcharge. ROBBERS! The guy who I guess is the owner was so rude. I can't believe how anyone rated 5 stars(must be their own staff and family)

As a dental phobic, I was terrified about the need for a molar extraction and filling in the tooth next to it. My local dentist referred me for sedation and 6 days later, the procedures were successfully and painlessly carried out. I heartily recommend sedation dentistry at this clinic, I knew very little about the filling, nothing at all about the extraction and felt totally cared for by the dentist Katherine Leeming and her assistant. I walked out 10 minutes after it was all completed and have no pain, swelling or bruising the day after. Thank you for the best dental experience ever.

The worst dentist experience I have ever had (after paying over £400 for the privilege). I went in for sedation as an anxious patients and came out feeling so traumatised that I don't know how I will ever get myself to sit in a dentist's chair again. The practice also had no time for me and did not give me long enough to recover, they just wanted to get me out the door as soon as possible. I will never go near a Bupa dentist again as long as I live and I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially not to anxious patients.

Do NOT get teeth removed here. Had 2 wisdom teeth out on the Thursday under general anaesthetic. Sent away with no pain relief and no antibiotics. Rushed into hospital on the Saturday with extreme swelling and pain effecting breathing. Came back to this clinic as instructed by NHS 111. Dentist knew my jaw was extremely sore and made no effort to look at my teeth and sent me away with 2 types of antibiotics and recommended codeine and ibuprofen as ‘that’s what most patients want’ Rushed into hospital again as couldn’t keep anything down for 2 days. Now I have stomach ulcers and am unable to eat or drink. Worst experience of my life.
