I have used them many times over many years with no issues whatsoever. I order things over the phone and collect in store to make sure they're available. Very competitive prices for a high street retailer. Staff is always helpful.

Ordered a Pentax 55-300mm lens at 6pm on Thursday evening and it arrived safely with me at 9.30am on Saturday morning. Excellent communications, and full tracking information was provided. The lens is excellent and was an extremely competitive price, complete with a couple of filters and free P&P. Bristol Cameras will be my go-to stockist from now on. Many thanks.

I'm not one who usually bothers writing reviews, but I feel it only fair to write one this time. I, like many others, have read the reviews for this company and I have to say I was a little skeptical with spending so much money. I hadn't needed to worry at all. I placed my order last Thursday and received the same today (apart from one item, of which I have received great communication regarding the same). Definitely would place another order with them if I needed to, plus it saved me over £100.

Average customer service, they dont answer the phone ! ...

I wouldn't bother shopping here again. Ordered a good size order, the order got split due to the size of it and it would be shipped in two parcels, the first part arrived fine. Then waited for a few days with nothing else, took ages to get someone to pick up by phone, they were then rude on the phone and told me it was out of stock but by the end of the week it will be shipped and they'll email the details now. This didn't happen, I waited another week and rang up, this person said it was actually in stock and he didn't know why it wasn't shipped, he then shipped it the same day. They obviously aren't organised here because if I hadn't contacted them there's no doubt this wouldn't have been shipped until who knows when.
