Overall good local modern airport. Speed of travel through the airport highly depended on time of day and the day. New security area gives me a good experience most of the time and the multi-storey car park is a welcomed add-on. A bit a shame the rental car area recently moved to the silver car park adding appr. 20min to my travel time.

Efficient travelling experience Prepaying at the excellent new multi storey car park was both cost effective and convenient being a couple of minutes walk from the terminal, much of it under cover Check in was done online and with bags to drop it was through security - we opted for the prepaid fast track at a discount rate - and we were in the departure lounge less than 20 minutes after parking the car The food area let it down being very claustrophobic by comparison to the rest - tables jammed together - which is a pity as the Eat franchise was both friendly and reasonably priced for an airport. Perhaps fewer perfume stalls would create more space for the clearly popular food stores ,There was adequate seating in late November and the flight left on time Would use it again as a departure pointwhich us more than I can say about some airports

Used to be a friendly nice airport but now after continuous expansion seems all about fleecing the passengers. Recent changes to drop off which was working fine, have lead to congestion and a trembling of charge. Please stop being greedy.

Whilst it's great to have an airport 20 minutes from Bristol be prepared to feel fleeced before you leave. £2 if you need a trolley, £3 to be dropped off far enough away to need a trolley if you've multiple bags. People with mobility issues also have to be dropped off in the same place and then wait in the cold for assistance. The long stay parking costs more than your flight and once you've paid through the nose to get in there's a very limited range of healthy food options.

Such a lovely airport! Tidy, and the workers very cheerful and nice! It was a pity that most of the food places were closed on a monday at 19?? But apart from that it was a good airport, and a really good flight back home

Departures was fine, quick and helpful staff. When arriving back the baggage reclaim took nearly an hour and our luggage was wet, after a 4 hr flight this was not acceptable. It happens every time at Bristol. Sort this out, you need to up your game!

1 place to buy fast food open & a bar. Dismal

Very comfortable with a wide range of shops. Very nice duty-free area. Departure location is easy and clearly marked. Great of selection shops and bars 🍸👌.

Arrived back on a late flight. Transition from plane to exit was very smooth. The only downside was as it was so late. Nothing was open. Not even a vending machine to quench my thirst!
