We bought a 5 person second hand spa and could not be happier, the service, terms of purchase and assistance on install & learning how to use it to full advantage have been first class. The best part is that even with heating it all year round, due to the fantastic insulation of the Hot Spring spa, we have not noticed any change in our electricity bills. Would highly recommend Matt & the team if you are looking for honest, complete knowledge without the sell sell sell attitude. I have had my Hot Spring Spa for 30 Tranquil years. It has been extremely reliable and will get another if I ever need to. I will own one forever. I always leap out refreshed and ready to smash my next challenge. Brisbane Spa Super Centre have been great to deal with , keeping me supplied with the spa chemicals to keep it going into the future.

So happy we decided to buy our spa from Annie and Lex. There was a slight wait due to Covid but so worth it. We bought the 7-person Grandee spa because of the two hydromassage seats with the warm water shooting up and down your back. There are plenty of lights creating a calming ambience and a waterfall at the side to ensure a mindful experience. We often go in at nights under the stars and come out feeling wonderful. Annie and Lex were great to buy from. They went above and beyond to make sure the delivery went smoothly. They fully explained what we needed to do to keep the spa clean and always respond quickly to any questions we have. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any of your pool and spa needs
