Brilliant Dental Care cardiff

On arrival to site I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Richard worked on my teeth and I am very happy with the results. He told me step by step what he would be doing and made sure I was okay through the whole procedure. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

Went to see Rich, I was very anxious and he put me at ease. Best dental experience. Iv been to other private surgeries in Cardiff and they did not explain everything in so much detail , was very happy with the results and know I couldn’t have gone to anyone better. Thank you!

On my arrival receptionist was really friendly however after visiting dentist when I wanted to make another booking different lady was behind the desk and she was very ignorant and rude not even looking at me while if talking . Didn’t explain much about papers she wanted me to sign. I wanted to register my children and she couldn’t bother to do it at the same day and told me to do it next time . She took half the payment ( £400 )for my next treatment as a deposit which I was never asked in any other dentist ( I understand they take payment on the day of treatment but week before ??) It was my first day at this dental practice now I’m not sure what to think of them . Even though I don’t want to judge the whole practice by behaviour of one person .

Have had an implant after losing a front crown. From my first visit I have received excellent treatment from everyone I came in contact with. My implantologist is 'Vinay', apart from feeling confidence in his skills from day 1, he is very approachable along with nursing staff and receptionist. My treatment has been wonderful with an amazing result. I am thrilled with implant and would highly recommend this practice.

Visited brilliant dental care, seen the hygienist really professional and really enjoyed my visit. The young nurse with her was really friendly made me at ease and will definitely be returning.

Booked to see hygienist which I personally felt was a completely waste of time and money. Waited months to see them, only for her to brush my teeth with an electric tooth brush for 1 minute and spend 2 minutes manually picking my teeth, because that's "all they're allowed to do". I waited longer outside for them to open the door. Why am I paying full price for this? I would have preferred to wait longer for restrictions to lift, and get the full service. Given two stars because the hygienist was really nice. Otherwise it would be one.

I would like to thank Tom and this practice for their patience with myself for my fantastic dental work and their understanding with my illness their paintence and understanding was 5 star ⭐️ and cannot praise them thank you xx

The personal understanding of phobias and autistic needs at this practice is outstanding. The staff go out of their way to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. Covid procedures for checking in and filling out forms are great and I hope get kept as an option.

Massive thankyou to Brilliant Dental Care by Ruth Morris for seeing Tamsin today (a saturday) after she fell and broke 2 teeth and was being refused treatment at 2 hospitals, and a 2 month waiting list at our registered dentist. I can't thankyou enough.
