I had an extract of a wisdom tooth done at this dentist some time back. He was very thorough at making sure all of the tooth was removed so as not to cause me further problems of discomfort in the future. I fully understand why the service has not been up to it's usual standard over the past 18 months, seeing as we have been though several lockdowns, and the dentists and their families are just as entitled to stay safe as the rest of the country. Also, the receptionists are the nicest that I have ever come across.

I have been trying to get hold of dentist for 3 weeks now!! ANSWER PHONE every time! A friend of mine told me they are closing down for malpractice. There are no places anymore of NHS customers anymore!!! I am appalled at the dentist for not communicating, don't they know they have a duty of care to their PATIENTS!

been going to this dentist for years, but not anymore, it's awful. Dr Jafrai is rude, doesn't look you in the eye and just makes excuse after excuse to cover such poor service. He couldn't get me out of the room quick enough. I was literally in the chair for 3 minutes before i was being whisked out. Dark and dated practice where the dentist just doesn't care at all.
