Complete rip off. Took my car in and went for shopping. Took home and noticed there were patches and not done properly. All the price that I had paid for it was wasted. Patches missed outside and floors. At the back still dusty. My 6 year would have done better job. Waste of money. To add on top, very very aggressive and rude workers. Never going there again. -------------------------------------- Edited after reply on 28 Jul 19. Yes, I had taken my car few weeks ago and had the above mentioned issue. I do not take pictures and keep it for evidence to show in future occasions not do I have library of every issues in my life. Regarding yesterday's incident. Yes it did happen but didn't want to shame your company too much. It was myself and my granddad. I do understand it was only for staffs. But my granddad who suffers from diabetics and high blood pressure was about to urinate in his pants as he could not hold any further. It was difficult enough for me to ask him to walk downstairs from the car park. A chance for my granddad to urinate once would not have taken your company down or bankrupted your company and if it was your policy, you could have said rather than simply saying 'NO' with an attitude rudely to the old man.

New prices which has brought them in line with other local car washes but a fantastic job, head a shoulders over some of the others. Great service. Will use again

Do not waste your money here, i took my Nissan Quasqai here, i was charged 28.50£ for a 5 star clean that doesnt even deserve one star, fingers in the windows, crumbles everywhere, even a foot print that my daughter did on the co-pilot seat was still there. I wish i had a look before i drove off, i was late for work and did not check otherwise i would have leave a complain.

I had some issues with this company but have since spoken with the owner and issues resolved and explained, now very satisfied. Owner was very plesent and kind, super reasonable guy. Thank you for the call. I will use you again and do hope to meet you and shake your hand.

My car is shining again

The finish on my car after the hand wash was amazing. I intend very soon to return for a full valet service exterior and interior.

Friendly & relatively fast service. Car looks great from the outside but the interior was definitely rushed, obvious bits missed which is disappointing as I expected more from the 5 star option

Fantastic clean, quick and good value for money

Was there today for inside out cleaning .After i made the payment and collect the key noticed my left side mirror broken.When i ask about it I have been told first it was already broken .I insist that it was not second reply was something must be wrong with your mirror,we clean hundered cars here never have problem.So they break the mirror and they dont take the responsibility or even just apologies for it. Will not use that service again.

Really fantastic car wash. My car looked amazing, very professional finish. The staff were really friendly and efficant, and the manager could not have been more helpful. Good value for money. I would highly recomend this car wash over the others i have tried in Brighton.
