After 10 months of unemployment I reluctantly made an appointment and was lucky enough to see the amazing Paula. I walked in a broken man and she went above and beyond what I was expecting, giving me excellent advice and making me feel that she genuinely cared. I walked out with a clear plan of action, my only regret being that I hadn't seen her sooner. I don't know why some of the reviews on here are so hostile, the job centre team are a great service and people should appreciate them a bit more.
