I attended this practice on a referral from a friend. I needed an implant done on my front tooth after a very old crown had fallen out. After initial consult I was given a treatment plan. The staff on reception have always been so helpful and very friendly. I was a patient of Bruno’s. He is amazing. So friendly, welcoming and warm. His assistants were so lovely with me when I had the work done, even holding my hand and reassuring me throughout. I am so pleased with my implant. Looks perfect. I also had a crown fitted which is also perfect. My son who is 15 is due to have a brace fitted and will need a tooth removing before this. I will be taking him to Bruno to do the extraction as I know he’ll be in the best hands. So thank you to everyone at the Clinic. Katie Ireland

I recently had an implant done here and I'm really thrilled with the result. Bruno Silva and his team offer an excellent and very caring service. Wish I'd had it done years ago. Highly recommended. Just adding to my review as I've just had another excellent visit to the clinic. Bruno completed my treatment without anaesthetic (he said I didn't need it but could have it if I wanted to). I felt completely comfortable and the treatment was absolutely pain free. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I'm praising this clinic not only as an ex-employee but also as someone who returned as a customer one year later. Such wonderful staff all under incredible leadership by the one and only Dr. Bruno Silva. Bruno cares about each and every one of his patients and has dedicated his life to his profession. Such dedication should not go unnoticed.

I was so angry to see Kitty Lambchop's review that I feel I have to write. I have been a patient of Brighton Implant Clinic for years. The staff and dentists are fantastic. Most of my teeth are now implants, many of them put in after finding my way to the clinic. I now have nothing but praise for the practice as do the patients to whom I have recommended the Clinic. If there is a choice between expensive Harley Street dentists or the clinic, I'd go to Hove even if I lived next to Harley Street

I have been having treatment at the Brighton Implant Clinic, Hove branch for some years now. I consider myself very lucky to have found such an outstanding dental clinic. Bruno has successfully placed numerous implants for me all of which are just brilliant and have changed the quality of my life. Bruno has also continued to see me for other less serious issues than implants, which I really appreciate more than words can express. Bruno is an exceptionally experienced, professional, competent and kind person and I cannot recommend him highly enough. In fact, the whole implant clinic is highly professional and very courteous. To sum it all up, not only is the implant treatment on offer simply the best, but it is also financially very competitive. I know I will get the best treatment possible at an affordable cost and as such I do not mind the 2 hours it takes me to drive there from London. I am very impressed not only with the aftercare but with the ongoing care given to me on a continued basis and I would like this opportunity to thank Bruno and the team.

Bruno has just completed 8 implants for me due to having no adult teeth under baby teeth (turning 40 they started to look a bit odd) , and I cannot thank him enough. Having put it off for years, I wish I had proceeded sooner, as the surgery was pain free and of course looks so much better. I highly recommend Bruno to anyone needing dental implants, and also advise them not to worry! You are in safe hands.

Dr Silva can solve just about any issue or problem you might encounter regarding implants, the team is professional and friendly and the premises are equipped with the most advanced technology in the field. I will never go anywhere else.
