I don’t want to listen to automated service for 20 minutes. Received the summons for council tax and I am a full-time student. Spelled my name wrong. And now after 4 days trying to contact them I just listen to classical music on repeat. They just want to get money from you and nothing else.

Really shocked by the way Brighton & Hove City Council have dealt with my parking ticket dispute. I have been in regular contact with them by email and letter to dispute the charge yet my details were still passed to High Court Enforcement Officers. The dispute has led to a £611 debt, which the enforcement agency, Penham Excel, refuses to discuss the dispute details with me and the council will not discuss by phone. This is a remarkable and outrageous amount of money to force someone to pay for disputing a £35 parking ticket. I've been a Hove resident for 20 years, always paid my council tax and bills on time. What a disgraceful way to treat your long-term residents!!

What a dump! Having visited Brighton for the first time in a year picked a bus lane violation on a motorcycle. Unless you live there and know the road layout you're bound to be caught. What's all the revenue being spent on? Not cleaning up the place for certain! Piles of rubbish everywhere, it was like some third world slum! Cant imagine rushing back here anytime soon!

Regency Square and i360 in the background. ("The most beautiful city in the world"?) Industrial action? Nobody cares about the people who live close to the community bins. That's dangerous!

Today I had a 2 seater sofa removed with Brighton and Hove city council bulky waste. I paid £20 for the privilege of my paint work being torn to shreds, no PPE, and quite frankly I am sat shaking by the whole experience and the way I was spoken to. Please pay more and avoid these cowboys at all costs ! Mask that I gave one of them dumped in my flat communal hall. I have no words!!!!!
