These guys are fabulous! We are so lucky to have found Brighton Homes. We’ve been long-standing clients and would never think of going anywhere else. They manage our property with complete reliability and professionalism, so we know that we can always leave it in their capable hands. We’ve never had a problem with regard to our tenants and the property is always well maintained, as they are constantly on top of their game. They make sure that everything runs smoothly - looking after both landlord and tenant. A rare breed indeed. Thank you Nigel and Steve!

Property is awful, the agents are useless and lie, now scamming us out of our rightful deposit by overcharging us for things which have always been broken since move in day. Even sent proof from their own report last year that things were broken to begin with and they simply spin a web of nonsensical paragraphs to deny knowledge or blame. And when backed into a corner with their lies, they resort to insulting us for our age as students. Waste of time and money, avoid this scam.

We viewed many property's before finding a home to rent through Brighton homes. We found with many estate agents that their main priority was to get as much income as possible from tenants whereas with Brighton homes it was more important to find the right family for the property. They made our big move stress-free and straight forward and have been very attentive throughout our tenancy.

Please don't go for this place they massively played us over, we were curious as to why the reference fee was a bit higher then most other places and they told us the referencing company said they shouldn't have to explain themselves. Having that as an answer immediately cant help us but think there is something dodgy, but there might not be. After my friend simply asking a few questions because she wanted to know what she was investing her money in, they told us the property was gone. However we got a friend to call and ask to book a viewing for the same property and they told us yeah its still available for a viewing. When we went for our initial viewing of the property they told us all their other properties were gone too, so they do tend to pressure you to making decisions without being able to making questions.

Brighton Homes are a hassle-free and unobtrusive estate agents. Having lived here for over ten years and rented from many different agencies, Brighton Homes have so far been the most accommodating and friendly, without the common harassment and delays I've experienced with many other agenices.

I started renting a property through Brighton homes in July 2020 during Covid times and as a single women anxious through these times and needing to find a place to rent quickly they were very understanding and responsive. Not having rented for some time I had loads of questions to ask and it was never a problem to them, the team were always happy to help and responded very quickly. During the one year I had a few items to report that needed fixing and again they were speedy to respond and always made sure I was about to let any workman in. If I was not, they always offered to have someone from their office be on site to let them in which was great. I always felt happy to contact them if I needed to and would most definitely be happy to rent through them again and recommend them to a friend/family member. When it came to ending the tenancy they were very responsive, helpful and again answered any questions I had. They made it so easy and I got my deposit back the day after the tenancy ended along with the readings so was really helpful. Thank you Brighton Homes :)

They were very nice to us when we started renting with them almost 5 years ago, but as soon as we gave our notice they were VERY rude. Josh sent us an extremely condescending email when I asked about why they took so much from our deposit from things that I think should have been fair wear and tear ("I can assure you , you have been treated fairly, you might feel that is not the case, but you definitely have" is the kind of tone you can expect from them after being a model tenant for 5 years). For people who are currently renting with them I would definitely advise to be careful when you leave, take lots of pictures, and don't let them disrespect you just because you don't bring them money anymore.

A nice and professional letting agents, I’ve recommended it to a few friends because my rent was reasonable (don’t know if it’s down to the agents or landlord). Plus they work with a utilities company which provides bills packages, it made billing much easier for me and my housemates, the bills package was fairly cheap as well.

Great experience so far! I have been renting accommodation managed by Brighton Homes since August 2020 and have had a great experience so far. From managing the viewings and speeding through the application process, to a smooth check in and dealing with any maintenance issues they are always very quick with their responses which are very helpful.
