Visited the clinic for the first time recently after a recommendation from a friend and highly impressed! The reception staff were very friendly, and I was also greeted very warmly by the practice manager who helped put my mind at ease as I can be a nervous patient. I saw the dentist Rebecca and her nurse Stuart who were both also just as lovely as the practice manager and I felt very well looked after by them. Highly recommend this practice to anyone!

This used to be a lovely central Dental practice that I visited for years. Now I feel it is not the same. They have a new practice manager and it seems to have completely down hill. The best thing about this practice is Dimitri the Dentist and a lovely Dental nurse called Penny.

Ilais has been my children's dentist since they were small. He helped them overcome their (extreme) fear of dentists through his kindness, sense of humour and obvious experience with kids. My girls now look forward to their appointments with him and seeing the friendly receptionists and dental nurse and to get their stickers! I have been so appreciative of this but more over because of my recent personal experience. I myself needed to see Ilias to have a tooth removed, -I had let it go for a while as I was apprehensive about getting done. I was so nervous and was a imagining all kinds of pain. I cannot believe the next level professionalism I received from Ilias- he gave me a warm greeting, explained fully what was to be done, showed me with the mirror and coached me through all the sensations I may feel during and after the extraction. I was so surprised when he said it was all done! I honestly didn't feel a thing. I was literally in and out! What a relief!!! I feel so much better and cannot thank the team enough. A big 5 stars from my family!!!

Began root canal almost 3 years ago, moved out of Brighton briefly then returned. Although, still registered at BDC they have not completed the procedure despite numerous attempts to communicate with them. My tooth has been shaved down with no crown this whole time and will likely fracture. They have neglected their duty of care and demonstrated malpractice.

Been waiting over 20 months to go into hospital via BDC, did my x-rays, said I needed wisdom teeth out as pain unbearable ....I have contacted them on more than one occasion to find out about hospital , being promised a call back ....but to no avail ! Still on antibiotics from my gp now, as receptionist said I wasn't registered there , when I questioned her , she hung up on me .....

5/ 5

I had tooth ache during lock down and received a lot of help and advice over the phone from the Dentist-and managed the situation pain free right through lockdown. As soon as they opened they rang me and I saw the Demitri the dentist, who took Xrays and reassured me everything was fine. I have just seen the hygienist Romana who moved mountains of plaque without causing me any discomfort. She also got rid of the red wine stain on my teeth ( a girl had to survive lockdown somehow- and the red wine helped!) The surgery has been adapted to be COVID secure. I was sent an online check in and questionnaire- so didn’t need to fill in any paper forms or touch pens etc. The receptionist saw me in and out, was so friendly, provided me with hand gel and then and cleaned everything I touched. I have to give all the staff 10/10 for the care they provide, and how seriously they take COVID prevention. Well done guys and gals
