Great location for visiting Brighton. Bring your bike (or hire one) as its the easiest (only the one hill in the park, the rest is pretty flat) way to get into the centre or beach along the many cycle paths which are well marked and run from the park entrance. 2 facility blocks on site, both were very clean throughout our stay, and were modern. The site is mainly flat but does have a couple of terraced areas towards the back, and has the tent area and glamping pods up on the hill the other side. We saw plenty of rabbits, a couple of foxes and even an owl too. Site would suit both families and couples.
