Don’t trust them! After installing the iron gate in my shop. it broke down in less than a year. I have been looking for them countless times. They told me to come tomorrow and next week. Nobody has come to repair it yet.

3/ 5

I've asked them to come out and look at our roller shutter which was sticking- I never got a visit. Now it's jammed and I can't get them on landline or mobile. I'll have to go to a competitor to fix Bright Shopfront's problem. Addendum: they did come back to me having had some problem with their phones, and were apologetic for the breakdown in communication. The other provider who fixed my problem said my shutters (installed by Bright Shopfronts 7 years ago) were in great condition which reflects well on them as they've not been serviced in years.
