Can not recommend highly enough. Extremely reasonable, comparative prices. Staff are friendly, professional and actively interested in your treatment. I have just had two veneers fitted on my front teeth to cover a gap I've had since childhood. The result is unbelievable, I feel confident to smile in photographs now! Thank you Bright On Smiles.

The dentist is AMAZING!!! She is quick, knowledgeable and efficient!! The best dentist work I have EVER received!! HIGHLY recommend! She also does incredible Botox and lip injections, I can not thank her enough for her amazing work!

I thoroughly recommend this practise for dental treatment. Dr Imani is very gentle and I feel at ease in her practise – despite being a very nervous patient. She does not make you feel rushed and has a very reassuring nature. Often dentists make you feel guilty if your teeth need work but Dr. Imani does not. The other staff in the surgery are also really helpful and friendly.

I joined this practice over 5 years ago. I have been having my regular check ups and went through different treatments and cosmetic.Highly recommend to anyone who cares about their oral health and beauty.

I had veneers fitted here around 3 years ago and they were brilliant! Gave me back my confidence and smile - Shala was really patient with me as I was terrified and I am still so pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently completed a course of treatment and I could not be happier with my smile. Shala and her team have given me confidence to smile again. I had Botox in my forehead here and it was the best treatment I've had in 10 years! I would get lines at my temples which I had been told couldn't be treated BUT they are all gone now with the rest of them. Amazing. Highly recommended.

I had to change an appointment after confusing the time. The receptionist called me back after 15 minutes to tell me that the new appointment was made then called me back after to tell me l l had to pay a £50 cancellation fee. They also ask for the full amount upfront at your appointment. I've not experienced this with any customer service ever. I have no Intention of ever using this dentist service again. As l was messed around by 3 calls from the receptionist who kept changing her information. Obviously she didn't know their policies. At no point was l told there was a £50 cancellation fee. This should be told before they take your money!! Very bad customer service obviously. You should make your policy clear before selling a product. In my opinion the only good experience was the lovely receptionist Sharon.. This was not the same receptionist l dealt with by phone l hasten to add.

Great service from the dentist, not so great from the receptionist. When I asked for a receipt I felt like the reaction was unreasonable, like if I was asking for too much. Then I received a receipt copied from a "plan" that was not mine and it looked like I was charged for some additional items, i.e. "Scale and Polish". I tried to ask for clarifications, but the receptionist was dismissing me very quickly. I was not charged for that other item, but the receipt was declaring differently. Only the following time I went back to the dentist I was able to get clarifications, but I find interesting that they kept phrasing it as if I got confused while the only piece of paper they gave me included a total and a subtotal that were clearly mistaken. Asking for 20£ deposit for each appointment (even for recurrent customers) feels a bit poor.

I have been treated by Dr Imani for a number of years for various treatments from dental to the lines in my forehead and herself and team are always caring, kind, friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and any questions I may have is always answered thoroughly. Would highly recommend Dr Imani whether its for dental work or botox.
