Brilliant customer service and fantastic staff. Having recently purchased a house from the Swinton Branch, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Mike, who showed me a number of properties which suited my search criteria had a firm grasp of what it was I wanted and knew the sellers well, which helped build a rapport with the sellers. Moreover, through the purchasing process he helped me keep a link with the sellers and passed me onto Erin (lettings) who was equally as helpful and professional, and continues to be so during management of my property. I would thoroughly recommend Bridgfords for purchasing and letting houses and have been impressed with their customer care and professionalism throughout my experience thus far.

As property owners we are really impressed with the hardworking Lettings Team and particularly the time and trouble taken by Erin on our behalf. Absolutely shambolic company. Book in to see a property and receive the conformation text only to be left waiting in the cold and then told that no one had actually booked us in to begin with - whilst selling the house we were very interested in without word or letting us join in with a bid. Not the first time we've been disappointed by this company, but certainly the last. Stay well clear!
