Very friendly staff and lots of different options to bring the cost of your holiday down. Sadly after the initial sale, it felt a bit like pulling teeth. Had to keep chasing things up to make sure that things had been arranged, as they hadn't contacted us at all since the money was paid, so the last week before the holiday was very stressful. Information we were given was a bit hit and miss too, we were told one location to pick up keys and when we got there it turned out we were meant to be elsewhere. There were a few instances where there were options we might have picked or wanted, but weren't aware of, like ending up with smaller than standard hold luggage and there being no air con at our location. Good savings, but you need to be really on the ball about asking the right questions at each step.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Thailand organised for us by Bridge the World. From first entering their office in Leeds we were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were happy to offer help and advice. The itinerary was planned to exactly meet our needs and ran just as smoothly during the holiday. I would recommend Bridge the world and will definitely use them again.
