Customer service is shocking. Was literally waiting for 20-30 mins to get a pack of neurofen. A pack of neurofen!! Not once during that time did I see a member of staff, only the faint noises of them Not serving customers in the back room. Seeing as there was about 7 people already ahead of me I decided to leave as I think my stay would have probably been extended to an hour otherwise. Disgusting service.

Put my prescription in last night so they could order it in overnight before my flight today. Turns out, they hadn't ordered over half of my medication. I'm now out £278! Absolutely furious, as this is causing me to miss University interviews abroad. Completely unacceptable. edit: Since that year ago, service has improved dramatically. Pretty much any time I put a script in, it's ready in 15-20, which for my medication is insane. It's one of two chemists that are able to do that in the area, so if that remains, I'll swap this for 5 stars.

It is really irresponsible for this pharmacy to not update its hours of opening. Our GP prescribed medication specifically to this pharmacist for our seriously mentally ill brother and assured us that this pharmacy was open until 11:15. It was closed at 7:00 p.m. The pharmacy should circulate their new opening times to GP's. People may have urgent medical needs - totally irresponsible.

I get my prescription there I found it to be unorganised the run out of stock and don't tell you I've moved over to ASDA pharmacy but I found the staff very helpful it's just a management badly organised that's my personal opinion
