Breckon & Breckon Summertown oxford

We recently moved into a new flat managed by Breckon & Breckon. We were so impressed by their service from the very first phone call. Phoebe and Rachel have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we moved in there was even a welcome hamper full of treats waiting for us, something we've never had with any other estate agent! We had a problem with the shower on the first day, and B&B immediately sent round a plumber (John), who was equally charming and professional and got right on the case. First impressions of B&B couldn't be better, very highly recommended.

I rented my flat through the Breckon & Breckon Summertown office in early 2019. As it was the first time I had rented out, the process at first seemed a bit daunting. But Rhys, Phoebe, Jodie and team were excellent, explaining things really clearly and showing a lot of patience with my questions. Since we rented the flat out, Rhys has been really responsive to any of my questions, answering me clearly and concisely. The monthly statement with breakdown of costs is really useful too. At first they seemed nice and trustworthy. The process was quick and painless and they seemed quick to reply and offer their support. But after 6 months of me living in the property they are still failing to fix issues that I had raised even before entering the property. I don't know if they are incompetent or extremely inefficient.

We Viewed Deansfield Park in Ickford. Melissa was a great help, although there is no show homes she was still able to provide a great overview of the development via the 3D model. We also found her knowledge of the market and local area exceptional. We did not buy at this stage but will certainly be in touch when in a position to proceed to see what developments Melissa has at that time. We viewed a few new developments over the weeks and found other agents to not have as much knowledge of the area or provide a reassuring confident service.
