George helped us to find a house that perfectly met our requirements. At every stage of the process he was responsive, pro active and really helpful. We haven't had great experiences with estate agents in the past but this was completely different. Whether it was passing on queries to the sellers or giving us an update on progress, he responded to emails within hours (sometimes minutes!) and we never had to chase him about anything. He was a pleasure to work with. Lots of people have told me about how stressful they found the experience of buying a house. The worst letting agent I have ever come across, really ever so poor shall not be recommending the bloody service or indeed using them again awful. They only try to make money of someone's misery of finding urgent accommodation or moving houses.
