Been with really appalling letting agents in Brighton in the past but Cambridge has by far been the best one. They quickly resolved any issues we had, they voiced any concerns we had to the landlord direct and clearly, and they have been so polite throughout our tenancy. Looking to find a new flat/house with them again once our old tenancy runs out!

I have used Cambridge Residential to let out my 3 bedroom property in Hanover. There are many letting agencies out there but I have had no regrets in choosing this agency...from the start they have shown nothing more than care for my property and the tenants that they found have been splendid! I would gladly recommend this company.

Really solid, dependable letting agents. I rented a property with them for a couple of years, and they dealt with issues quickly and effectively. They also charge fair prices for their services. Great firm!

My husband and I have rented a flat in Hove through Cambridge Residential for three years. We have been particularly impressed with the Property Managers who work there. Carmen has recently been superb: quick to respond, friendly and a pleasure to deal with in getting us new appliances fitted. Before she was assigned to the flat we dealt with Sarah and she was also excellent. We have rented through several companies in many cities over the years and the professional service provided by these two sets Cambridge Residential apart from the rest. After 4 years we've just left our property, and were finally managed by Jamie who got our deposit back really quickly and kept in touch with us throuout. We would highly recommend the whole company.
