We had a viewing with Jess earlier this week. She was friendly and helpful on the phone prior to the viewing. On the day of the viewing she was there waiting for us at the property (I find it is more common to be kept waiting outside for a while!) Since the viewing, her communication via email and phone has been great (again something I have not found when dealing with other letting agencies!) Thanks for your help and keep up the great work!

I would never use another letting agent. Helen and Jess have consistently rented our flat within days of it going on the market, both times for more rent than we were expecting. They are lovely, professional, extremely hardworking and conscientious - it's a real pleasure to work with such a quality agent.

Estate agents generally don't have the best reputation, especially in the rental market where the focus is on smashing targets, rather than relationship building. Ollie, however, is one of the few good guys. He's professional whilst being friendly managing the relationships between landlord, new and old tenant with great care. Ollie's best quality is that he is a natural people person, we actually looked forward to seeing him, not often you can say that about an EA and it's his warmth and authenticity that means he will go far, he's a little gem!

Just managed to secure a uni house for myself and three other flat mates. The service was great, it made the stress of trying to find a uni house so much easier. The staff are so lovely and friendly and always happy to help.
