I found Bran by chance, and I am very fortunate that I have! I have cirrhosis of the liver. My physical condition had deteriorated so much I could barely lift a kilogram! I worked at it and now can lift and do considerably more BUT! at a cost? My body and mind needed work on. Bran works me and has over a period of time helped my rotation, flexibility and aches that I had. My movement and comfort are so much better. And I know will improve with 'Bran's' assistance. 6 STAR!
