A contender for the best bar in the UK (an accolade it might have wok at some point, I'm not sure; it's regularly top 10). The bartenders are clearly real talents. Every cocktail was perfectly balanced, and generally interesting and complex. Loved the atmosphere, with dim lighting and a speakeasy feel. The team working there were fantastic too. Knowledgeable and full of love for what they were creating
